My Journey...

From Hesitation to Motivation:
"My Story as an English Trainer"

I studied from a vernacular medium. Growing up in a small town, English was not part of my everyday life. I moved to Pune to pursue an MBA. During MBA entrance preparation, I felt humiliated due to my poor English, I felt underconfident and isolated. I was searching for job opportunities during my entrance preparation, but once again, my poor English became a barrier. I decided to join a course, but unfortunately, they couldn’t help me since they taught only grammar structure. I started learning and practicing English on my own. After completing my MBA, I worked at corporate organisations, and I had the opportunity to speak with international clients and native English speakers. I immersed myself in English books and conversations. I worked tirelessly to improve.

Over time, my fluency improved, but more importantly, my confidence soared. I went from avoiding meetings to leading them, from hesitating in conversations to inspiring others with my words. My friends began asking for my advice on how to improve their communication skills. That’s when I had an idea—what if I could help others overcome the same fears I once had?

I realised People study English as a subject, not as a language. Traditional methods often focus on grammar rules and exams, but real fluency comes from immersion, conversation, and experience. English should be learned through interaction, storytelling, exposure to real-world contexts, and regular practice, rather than rigid academic methods.

I quit my corporate job and started training professionals, students, and entrepreneurs on effective communication.

After working with several renowned Training institutes, I founded my first training institute, Linguists World, in 2017.

I focused not just on grammar but on body language, tone, and persuasive speaking. My Course is real learning with lots of speaking activities.

I launched English Marathi Talkfest on Instagram in 2023 to help Marathi speakers improve their English through engaging bilingual discussions.

“Today, I am conducting an online course, and I assure you—we will learn English through real-life situations!”
